Recently, the 51 million Kcal/h ultra-large coal powder Thermal Oil Heater project, undertaken by CEEF, was successfully installed on-site in Tai’an, Shandong.
The product is used in the chemical industry, with a furnace/heater body measuring 15.2 meters in length, 9.3 meters in width, and a net height of 23.2 meters, making the furnace top area equivalent to half the size of a basketball court. Over the past year, the company’s employees have worked through the sweltering summer heat and endured the cold winter, overcoming numerous technical challenges and manufacturing difficulties to complete the project on time. The development of this heater model fully demonstrates the company’s technical expertise and manufacturing capabilities.

The company is a leader in the domestic thermal oil heater industry, especially in the development of ultra-large thermal oil heaters, with its R&D capabilities ranking among the world’s top. The successful R&D of this project also marks a new breakthrough in China’s thermal oil heater development. Currently, the company is putting full efforts into preparing for the upcoming product commissioning and operation.
