At the end of 2018, six 12.5 million kcal/hour thermal oil heaters supplied by CEEF arrived at the site of Vietnamese users. With the collaboration of relevant installation units, the project has now fully entered the installation phase.
There are two major technical challenges that have long troubled users of natural gas-fired thermal oil heaters in the polyester industry: 1) the inability to ensure the complete combustion of waste gas and waste liquid in the heater while maintaining safety, and 2) the difficulty in achieving pollution-free ultra-low nitrogen emissions when burning waste gas and waste liquid alongside natural gas. CEEF's "Vehicle-mounted Oil/Gas Fired Molten Salt Heaters" wins national patent for utility models, with certificate number of 3483961, and patent number of ZL 2013 2 0593472.3. The patent has adopted optimization design. It uses horizontal layout and has simple structure, and realizes installation of molten salt heating system on vehicle, which makes transitions convenient.
