The 22 million kcal/h oil-gas dual-use heater is a large-scale oil-gas heater project recently completed by CEEF. The total length of the heater body exceeds 20 meters, and the outer coil with the top panel tube weighs over 30 tons.
During the production process, CEEF’s workshop workers boldly attempted new techniques, paid attention to details, and adopted numerous innovative technologies and manufacturing methods to improve work efficiency and product quality. From the start of construction to the delivery of the product after the completion of the project, the entire manufacturing cycle took several months, with 45 working days dedicated solely to the final assembly. Throughout this process, all departments within CEEF collaborated, ensured seamless connections, and followed the planned approach for each production link, ultimately achieving the expected results and successfully completing the manufacturing task.
On July 30th 2020, after two days of hard work and collaboration between workshop workers and lifting team members, the 120-ton “heavyweight” was finally loaded onto the transport vehicle, embarking on its journey to the user’s site.
