On July 30, 2020, a massive 22 million kcal/h vertical oil-gas dual-fuel thermal fluid heater was successfully loaded and shipped from our manufacturing facility. Designed for high-capacity industrial applications, this heavy-duty thermal oil heater represents a significant large-scale engineering achievement. The completed unit features an imposing physical footprint, spanning over 20 meters in overall length with a total transport weight of 120 tons, which includes a robust 30-ton outer coil integrated directly with the top panel tube.
Constructing a vertical hot oil system of this immense scale required advanced fabrication techniques and a rigorous 45-day final assembly phase to ensure absolute structural integrity and pressure safety. By optimizing the dual-fuel combustion architecture, this high-capacity hot oil heater guarantees reliable, continuous heat transfer for demanding manufacturing environments. While massive units like this are occasionally referred to in the general market as thermal oil boilers, this system operates entirely in the liquid phase, delivering stable, high-temperature thermal performance without the inherent risks of pressure vaporization.
