Sector 01 / 12
From a 46 MW organic heat transfer fluid heater for CNPC Urumqi Petrochemical to oil-fired heaters serving a 3-million-ton road asphalt line, CEEF supplies continuous, high-capacity process heat to petrochemical and bitumen producers.

In 2013, CEEF engineered and manufactured a 46 MW organic heat transfer fluid heater — the largest single-unit capacity in China at that time. Standing over 48 meters tall after installation, it has been widely recognized for its exceptional heating capacity, stability and operational reliability.
Oil-Fired · Since 2013 Since 2013, CEEF has continuously supplied multiple oil-fired thermal oil heaters that provide stable, energy-efficient, safe and environmentally friendly process heat for high-grade road asphalt production lines with an annual output of up to 3 million tons.

CEEF has delivered more than 50 coal-fired, gas-fired and dual-fuel thermal oil heaters to polyester producers since 2006, and has executed a turnkey EPC conversion to coal-fired biphenyl–diphenyl ether heating at a polyester plant overseas.
50+ Heater Sets · Since 2006 Since 2006, CEEF has delivered more than 50 sets of coal-fired, gas-fired and dual-fuel (coal and gas) thermal oil heaters. The dual-fuel heaters commissioned in 2012 were a world-first innovation with independent intellectual property rights, and they remain in stable operation today.
Turnkey EPC · 2014 Project site: Vietnam
In 2014, CEEF executed the full EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract for Formosa Plastics Group's polyester plant in Vietnam, converting the original fuel-oil thermal fluid heaters serving the CHEMTEX polyester line into coal-fired biphenyl–diphenyl ether heat transfer oil systems. The system continues to operate in excellent condition.

Coal & Gas Molten Salt The integration of Swiss Bertrams solid caustic soda purification technology with CEEF coal-fired and gas-fired molten salt heaters has become a benchmark configuration for high-purity alkali processing.
Multiple CEEF coal-fired molten salt heaters run continuously on Junzheng's caustic soda lines, sustaining above-nameplate production in a demanding chemical-plant environment.
Molten Salt · Since 2010 Since 2010, CEEF has supplied energy-saving, environmentally friendly coal-fired and gas-fired molten salt heaters that significantly raise the efficiency of its solid caustic soda evaporation systems.

A 50,000-ton-per-year melamine line runs on 24 MW gas-fired and coal-fired molten salt heaters — the largest single-unit heaters of their type in China when delivered in 2009, and still operating efficiently today.

Custom-engineered 16–21 MW thermal oil and molten salt heaters deliver stable, high-temperature process heat for waste mineral oil recycling, used cooking oil processing and biodiesel production.
16–21 MW The plant operates multiple custom-engineered 16–21 MW thermal oil and molten salt heaters to process waste mineral oil and used cooking oil and to produce biodiesel. Stable high-temperature process heat has significantly improved product quality and delivered strong economic and social benefits.

CEEF delivered the first 14 MW molten salt heater in China at the time to an aluminum producer, replacing imported equipment — and has since supplied dozens more.
14 MW · 2001 In 2001, CEEF delivered the first 14 MW molten salt heater in China at that time. It replaced imported equipment and outperformed comparable foreign units in both thermal performance and service life. More than 20 years later it still serves as a backup unit, and CHALCO has since ordered dozens of additional CEEF molten salt heaters, which continue to run stably.

CEEF thermal oil heater systems, built together with an advanced centralized thermal energy center, give wood processing plants higher thermal efficiency and operating stability than the imported equipment they used before.

Dozens of CEEF thermal oil heaters supply continuous process heat to nitrile and PVC glove production lines in Intco Medical’s factories across China.
17.5–52.3 MW · Since 2015 Since 2015, CEEF has continuously and reliably supplied high-quality process heat to Intco Medical's nitrile and PVC glove production lines. Dozens of high-efficiency, energy-saving, environmentally friendly and safe thermal oil heaters, ranging from 17.5 MW to 52.3 MW in capacity, serve its factories across the country.

Coal-fired, gas-fired and electric thermal oil heaters have served food and edible oil production bases in six cities since 2004, and CEEF coal-fired heaters were later supplied to production bases in Indonesia.

Since 2004, CEEF coal-fired, gas-fired and electric thermal oil heaters have been deployed across dozens of Yihai Kerry production bases and industrial parks in six cities. Recognized for high efficiency and precise temperature control, CEEF later supplied multiple coal-fired organic heat transfer fluid heaters to the company's manufacturing bases in Indonesia.

Waterproofing producers including Oriental Yuhong and Keshun run their membrane production lines on dozens of CEEF thermal oil heaters, in partnerships dating back to 1999.
Partner since 1999 A CEEF customer since 1999. After its 2008 A-share listing, Oriental Yuhong expanded rapidly and deployed dozens of CEEF thermal oil heaters across its waterproofing production lines nationwide.
Partner since 2012 Partnering with CEEF since 2012, Keshun operates dozens of CEEF thermal oil heaters across more than a dozen factories. Advanced control systems, an easy-to-maintain design and stable heat quality help raise product quality and production-line efficiency while cutting operating costs.

Gas-fired thermal oil heaters power lithium-ion battery and copper-clad laminate production lines for CATL and BYD, with high-precision temperature control across dozens of installed units.
9.5–18.6 MW CEEF has supplied dozens of 9.5–18.6 MW gas-fired thermal oil heaters to CATL's factories across China to power its lithium-ion battery production lines, raising production speed and product quality. CATL has named CEEF a “High Quality Supplier” multiple years in a row.
7–12 MW · Since 2011 Since 2011, CEEF has delivered dozens of 7–12 MW gas-fired thermal oil heaters to BYD's production lines, providing a stable heat source for copper-clad laminate coating. High-precision temperature control, automatic regulation and energy-saving performance have earned repeated praise from BYD.

CEEF supplies thermal oil and molten salt energy-storage heaters and anti-condensation heater systems for utility-scale CSP plants in China and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
3 × 18.5 MW · 50 MW CSP Project site: Delingha, Qinghai Province, China
Since 2015, CEEF has designed and manufactured three 18.5 MW gas-fired heaters, the key equipment of the thermal oil and molten salt energy storage system at the CGN Delingha 50 MW CSP Demonstration Power Station — part of China's first batch of national photothermal demonstration projects. They contribute to the plant's safety, economy, environmental performance and stability.
6 × 17.6 MW · Dubai Project site: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
CEEF won the contract for Shanghai Electric's Dubai 700 MW CSP and 250 MW PV solar power project (Noor Energy 1), providing complete design, manufacturing, delivery and commissioning of six 17.6 MW anti-condensation heater systems. The scope earned the recognition of both the project owner and Shanghai Electric.
