Right after the New Year holiday, the production department at CEEF issued an urgent order to the heater workshop: build a 15,000,000 kcal/h molten salt thermal fluid heater with a delivery window of just 35 days. This sets the shortest delivery schedule for a large industrial heater in CEEF’s history.
Pre-Production Coordination and Shop Floor Execution
To deliver on time without compromising build quality, the production department held several coordination meetings with the manufacturing, quality control, engineering, and purchasing teams before starting the job. Together, they aligned technical preparation, fabrication workflows, quality control checks, and raw material purchasing in advance.
The thermal oil heater workshop also completed all preparations on the floor, mobilizing the welding, forming, blanking, and final assembly crews to race against the clock. Material requisition is now complete. The argon arc welding team is machining tube ends and welding straight pipes, while the forming, blanking, and final assembly teams have moved into full production.
