Changzhou Energy Engineering Co., Ltd. (CEEF), headquartered in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, has been designated by the Jiangsu quality supervision authorities as the province’s sole Provincial Demonstration Site for Boiler Supervisory Inspection and Quality Assurance. Following this designation, CEEF hosted the inaugural provincial observation event for special equipment manufacturing enterprises (boiler category), welcoming a delegation of more than 60 quality directors, technical heads, and certified boiler inspectors from nine branch institutes of the Jiangsu Special Equipment Safety Supervision and Inspection Institute.
During the on-site evaluation of CEEF’s thermal oil heater and industrial boiler manufacturing operations in Changzhou, the inspection delegation conducted a comprehensive walkthrough across eight core quality control areas: the manufacturing workshops, steel material storage, hydrostatic testing site, non-destructive testing (NDT) room, semi-finished product warehouse, primary and secondary welding material storage rooms, physical and chemical testing laboratory, and the on-site supervisory inspection office. The visiting specialists commended CEEF’s rigorous supervisory inspection execution and comprehensive quality management system, which ensure every thermal fluid heater and hot oil heater maintains industry-leading quality standards.
